Our Full HMO Management Service takes the stress out of running your property. From marketing and tenant onboarding to ongoing management, we handle everything to ensure your HMO performs at its best while your tenants are well looked after.

  • Check-out and offboarding process

  • Rent arrears monitoring and management

  • Serving legal notices (where required)

Tenancy Set-Up Fee
In addition to our management fee, a one-off tenancy set-up fee applies. This covers:

  • Time spent travelling and conducting viewings

  • Tenant referencing and onboarding

  • Tenancy agreement preparation

  • Check-in and inventory

  • Deposit collection and management

  • Ongoing tenant communication

  • Marketing and property promotion

This fee also represents an investment in the long-term performance of your property. We review every HMO annually to ensure it remains attractive, up-to-date, and performing at its best.

Fee guide:

  • 1–2 Bedroom Flat: £100–£250

  • 3–4 Bedroom House: £200–£350

  • 5–6 Bedroom House: £300–£500

  • 7+ Bedroom House: £350–£600
    Exact fee depends on property size and complexity.

Management Fee:
12% of the gross rent collected.
