We retain tenant and landlord records for 6 years after the end of a tenancy or relationship, referencing data for up to 12 months if unsuccessful, Right to Rent documents for 1 year after tenancy, financial records for 6 years, maintenance records for 6 years, website enquiries for 12 months, and analytics data for 14 months, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
